Ingredients for 12 to 15 personnes :
180 g of flour
10 g of baking powder
150 g of chicken ham (or one cooked chicken breast cut into pieces)
100 g of unsalted Butterfly butter (melted)
10 cl of milk
100 g of grated Mozzarella
3 eggs
salt and pepper
2 fresh tomatoes cut into small pieces
Herbes de Provence

Procedure
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, the melted butter, then pour the mixture in the first bowl with the flour. Add around 50g of grated Mozzarella and the ham cut into small pieces. Add salt and pepper. Pour the dough in muffins moulds, then add some fresh tomatoes, grated Mozzarella and herbes de provence. Bake for 25 minutes (according to your oven).
