A simple dessert for your kids
For 4 parts
100g of wild blackberries
60g of sugar
1 – In a medium bowl, unmold the “petits-suisses” and keep the empty pots. Add the sugar and mix well.
2 – Crush the blackberries roughly with a fork and incorporate them to the little pots of “petits-suisses”.
3 – Divide the mixture in the empty pots and put a stick of wood in each of them. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
4 – A few seconds before serving, put the small ice-cream under hot water (of course only the pots) to unmold !
