Coconut, lychee and mango… Wonderful trio!
How about making the best out of our local tropical fruits that everyone loves. While it is easy to find coconuts all year round, you should enjoy the seasonal fruits at all costs. Revel in the sweetness of lychee and creamy mango in a delightful drink for your taste buds.
- 2 g of ripe mangoes
- 20 pieces of lychee
- 50 cl of coconut water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves
Peel the mangoes and dice them.
Peel the lychees and pit them.
Add the fruits to a blender. Add the coconut water and ice cubes. Mix everything for one minute at maximum power. You can add coconut milk for even more creaminess!
Empty into a tall glass, add the mint leaves for decoration.
