If there is one main source of headache every year, it is definitely hunting for gifts! Christmas celebrations are on their way and your children are on holidays? You may use this time to create wonderful artistic objects while teaching them patience. Discover one inexpensive and eco-friendly gift that you can make at home: a Christmas candle DIY that is 100% vegetal, natural and spiced with orange, cinnamon and mandarin.

Advice: We suggest the use of soy wax for the preparation of the candles. Made of natural, vegetal and renewable ingredients, soy wax is more environment-friendly. Additionally, it lasts longer compared to candles made of traditional paraffin wax, and it is less toxic.

  3. Once the wax has melted, soak in the cotton wicks for 1-2 minutes to obtain a coat for better combustion
  4. Place the cotton wicks on aluminum paper and put them to freeze for 2 minutes
  5. Remove the wax from the heat and wait a few minutes before adding the essential oils (if the wax is too hot, it may alter the quality of the oil)

  7. Pour the wax into the pots and wait at least 48 hours
